NBCC Continuing Education Information


Jackie Flynn Consulting has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 8022. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Jackie Flynn Consulting is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

EMDR Playground Immersion includes eligible educational sessions that qualify for NBCC credit for participants who meet attendance and completion requirements. Participants must attend qualifying sessions in full, complete required attendance verification procedures, and submit required evaluations to receive NBCC continuing education credit.

Optional sunrise beach experiences, evening enrichment experiences, vendor experiences, giveaways, professional headshots, social gatherings, and other non-educational activities are not offered for NBCC credit.

Jacqueline Flynn is an EMDRIA Approved Provider. This program is pending approval for 18 EMDRIA Credits.
Eligibility for EMDRIA Credits is restricted to those who have completed an EMDRIA-Approved Basic EMDR Training.
This in-person training offers 18 APT contact CE hours. Jacqueline Flynn is an APT Approved Provider of Play Therapy Continuing Education, APT Approved Provider 20-628.

Event Policies

Refund and Transfer Policy

All registration sales are final. No refunds are provided for this event

If a participant is unable to attend, they may transfer their registration to another eligible participant. The participant is responsible for finding the replacement participant and providing the replacement participant’s full name, email address, professional credentials, and any required registration information to the event organizer before the event begins.

Transfers must be requested in writing and are not complete until confirmed by the event organizer. The replacement participant must meet all eligibility requirements for the training.


Attendance and CE Certificate Policy

Participants must attend the full training, complete all required attendance procedures, and submit the required evaluation in order to receive continuing education credit.

Partial credit is not available unless otherwise stated in writing by the event organizer or required by the continuing education approval body.

CE certificates will be issued only after attendance and completion requirements have been verified.


Grievance Policy

Participants with concerns about the training, registration, accessibility, continuing education credit, or event experience may submit a written concern to the event organizer.

Concerns will be reviewed in a timely manner. The organizer will make a good faith effort to respond respectfully and resolve concerns when possible.

Records of grievances and resolutions may be maintained as required by continuing education approval bodies.


Accessibility and Accommodation Policy

Participants who need accommodations are encouraged to contact the event organizer in writing as early as possible. Reasonable accommodations will be considered in accordance with applicable law and continuing education approval requirements.

Educational Scope Policy

Event Cancellation Policy

The event organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to low enrollment, presenter emergency, venue issue, severe weather, public health concern, or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.

If the organizer cancels or reschedules the event, registered participants will be notified and provided with available options at that time.

There is no commercial support for this program. Presenters and planners are responsible for disclosing any relevant financial or non-financial relationships, conflicts of interest, or commercial interests related to this training.
