Registration, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Due to limited space and high demand, all registrations are final. We do not offer refunds, transfers, or credits for any reason, including schedule changes, illness, or personal emergencies.

If you’re unable to attend, you may send a qualified replacement. Please email us their full name and contact information at least 48 hours before the training begins.

In the case of a documented emergency, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Documentation is required, and approval is not guaranteed.

If the training is canceled by the instructor, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.

No Driving During Training

For your safety and the integrity of the experience, attending while driving is strictly prohibited, even if you are listening only. If this occurs, you may be removed from the training without refund.

Respectful Presence Required

Active, respectful participation is expected throughout. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the training.

Confidentiality, Conduct, and Attendance Policy

This training is held to the same ethical and professional standards as clinical practice. To ensure a safe, private, and meaningful experience for everyone involved, the following policies are strictly enforced:

Confidential Setting Required

Participants must attend from a confidential location where their screen and audio cannot be seen, heard, or accessed by anyone outside of the training. This is essential to protect the privacy of case material, participant discussion, and the therapeutic nature of the content being shared. Your setting should reflect the same standards you uphold when working with clients.

No Recording of Any Kind

Recording of this training or any part of it, including shared case material or clinical demonstrations, is strictly prohibited. This includes screenshots, screen recordings, and audio capture.

Recording or sharing clinical content from this training is a direct violation of HIPAA and professional ethics, and will result in immediate removal from the training without refund.

Driving Prohibited During Training

Participants may not attend the training while driving or commuting. This is for your safety and to preserve the integrity and focus of the learning environment. Those attending while driving will be removed from the training and will not receive CE credit.

Attendance and CE Credit Requirements

To receive a Certificate of Completion and Continuing Education credit:

You must attend the full training with your camera on and remain actively present.

Multitasking (e.g., emailing, client sessions, documentation, etc.) is not permitted.

Attendance will be monitored, and certificates will only be issued to those who meet all participation requirements.
